What We Teach

If you're a pro athlete, your current training is intense and physically demanding. As such, it places great demand on your nervous system. We provide a training that complements this demand. It is not a substitute for your current work. Rather it is a way to both mobilize and stabilize, to balance the body and mind in order to reduce injury and increase performance in healthy ways.

We teach Purna Yoga™ in the lineage of B.K.S. Iyengar and Sri Aurobindo. This is a complete program rooted in classical yoga. It incorporates rehabilitative, restorative, and therapeutic applications using postures, lifestyle and nutrition, applied philosophy, meditation, and breath work.

In Purna Yoga™ clients are not pushed beyond their genetic range of motion as this can cause damage to connective tissue, ligaments, and tendons. This practice adapts to you and we work right where you are, healthy or injured, flexible or not, and we craft a program that fits you like well-tailored clothing.
